What’s the minimum order?
Bulk orders start at 50 boxes for Movie Night Essentials. Higher customization tiers may require 100+ or 250+ boxes depending on the bundle and branded elements selected.
How long does production take?
Standard branded orders usually take 15–20 business days. Larger orders, fully custom packaging, or orders with multiple branded pieces may take 30–45 days. We confirm your timeline during quote review.
Can you ship to multiple addresses?
Yes. We can ship to one location or multiple recipient addresses. For multi-address orders, we’ll ask for a spreadsheet with names, addresses, and any personalization details. Shipping fees vary based on the delivery location, order size, and whether the order is shipping to a single address or multiple addresses.
What’s the difference between the Elevated and Red Carpet bundles?
Elevated Branded Experience includes more interactive branded elements like scratch tickets, bracelets, and markers. Red Carpet Movie Night is the full premium experience, including the branded popcorn box and custom movie box.
Are individual add-ons available without choosing a bundle?
Yes. Branded stickers, scratch tickets, markers, bracelets, popcorn boxes, and custom movie boxes may be available as individual add-ons depending on quantity and timeline.
What deposit is required?
We require a 50% deposit to begin the order. The remaining balance is due before shipment. Production begins once the deposit is received and artwork or order details are approved.
Can I see a sample before ordering?
Sampling is available using samples from stock for quality confirmation. Samples help you review the box quality, packaging style, and overall presentation before placing a larger order. Custom-branded samples may not always be available before full production, but digital proofs are provided for branded artwork and design approval.
