At The Movie Night Co., we ship curated movie night gift boxes for individual orders, business gifting, school programs, team gifts, fundraisers, events, and bulk gifting programs nationwide.
Order Processing
Processing times vary based on the type and size of your order.
For standard gift box orders, we do our best to process orders as quickly as possible. Some orders may ship the same day or next business day when inventory is available and no customization is required.
For bulk orders, custom branded orders, school programs, fundraising orders, and multi-address shipments, additional production and coordination time is required. We recommend placing your order as early as possible, especially for larger quantities, seasonal gifting, custom branding, personalization, or event-based deadlines.
Bulk Order Timelines
Bulk and custom orders may require additional lead time depending on quantity, customization needs, proof approval, inventory availability, and shipping destination.
Typical bulk order timelines may range from approximately 15–45 business days, depending on the size and complexity of the order.
Submitting a bulk order request does not guarantee delivery by a specific date until your quote, production timeline, artwork/proofs, and shipping details have been confirmed by our team.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship within the United States.
We can ship orders to:
- One residential or business address
- One central office, school, organization, or event location
- Multiple recipient addresses for approved bulk, business, school, or gifting programs
Multi-address shipping may require recipient address files, additional processing time, and additional fulfillment or shipping fees.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees may apply and can vary based on:
- Delivery location
- Order size
- Box quantity
- Shipping speed
- Whether the order ships to one address or multiple addresses
- Special handling or fulfillment needs
- Bulk or custom order requirements
Any available shipping options and charges will be shown at checkout or included in your approved quote.
Free shipping, if available, applies only when displayed at checkout or specifically included in your approved quote. Free shipping may not apply to bulk orders, custom orders, multi-address shipments, expedited shipping, or special fulfillment requests unless confirmed in writing.
Delivery Estimates
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless specifically stated in writing as part of an approved order or quote.
Once an order leaves our facility, shipping carrier delays, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, and other circumstances outside of our control may affect delivery timing.
The Movie Night Co. is not responsible for shipping carrier delays once an order has been handed off to the carrier.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please make sure all shipping information is complete and accurate before submitting your order.
The Movie Night Co. is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional costs caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping addresses provided by the customer.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply to reship the order.
Damaged, Missing, or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged, missing items, or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible at:

For bulk or event-based orders, please inspect all boxes promptly after delivery and notify us of any issues within a reasonable timeframe.
Custom, Bulk, and Event Orders
Custom branded, bulk, school, fundraising, and event orders may have shipping terms specific to the approved quote or invoice.
For these orders, shipping timelines, delivery windows, multi-address fulfillment, packaging requirements, and carrier options may be confirmed separately before production begins.
