No. Fundraising is designed to be simple and low-risk. Your group promotes the campaign, supporters order, and Movie Night Co. handles order fulfillment according to the campaign setup.

Most campaigns work well when promoted for 2 to 4 weeks. Shorter campaigns can work for urgent goals, while longer campaigns may be helpful for larger groups or seasonal events.

Promote your campaign through email, school newsletters, text messages, social media, team chats, printed flyers, events, and parent or supporter groups. Clear deadlines and reminders usually help participation.

Payout timing and details are confirmed with your campaign setup. In most cases, proceeds are reviewed after the campaign closes, eligible sales are finalized, and payment is issued within 30 days.

No problem. If you do not have finished artwork, we can help create a clean, simple layout using your logo, message, colors, and event details. More complex design requests may require extra time or design fees.

Preferred files are vector or high-resolution formats such as AI, EPS, SVG, PDF, or high-resolution PNG. If you only have a lower-resolution file, send it and we will review what is possible.

Yes. Digital proofs are provided for custom artwork before production begins. Production starts after artwork approval and payment requirements are complete.

Yes. Custom quotes are available for larger orders, branded programs, multi-address shipping, recurring gifting, school orders, and fundraising programs.

The goal is to respond within 48 business hours for most inquiries. More complex custom requests may require extra review before final pricing is confirmed.

Payment & Policies

Payment options may include Zelle, Venmo, or check for approved bulk orders. Available options are confirmed with your quote or invoice.

Custom and bulk orders may require a 50% deposit once the artwork is approved or production begins. The remaining balance is typically due before shipment or according to the approved invoice terms.

Production begins after required payment is received, final order details are confirmed, and any required artwork or design proofs are approved.

Because custom, bulk, and food-related orders are prepared specifically for your organization, they are generally not returnable once approved, sourced, packed, produced, or personalized. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items are reviewed case by case. Please review the Refund Policy for general policy details.

Turnaround depends on quantity, customization, product availability, artwork approval, and shipping setup. Standard branded orders often need 15 to 20 business days, while larger or fully custom orders may need 30 to 45 days.

For best results, start at least 3 to 6 weeks before your desired delivery date. Larger campaigns, fully custom packaging, or multi-address shipping should be planned as early as possible.

Rush options may be available depending on inventory, production capacity, customization level, and shipping destination. Rush fees may apply. Contact us early with your deadline.
